Frequently asked

What a serious buyer usually needs to know.

For unusual rights, exclusivity, channel-wide use, or a changing campaign scope, send the details and we will quote the actual use rather than force-fit a generic license.

Ask a specific question
Can you clear master and publishing rights?

For catalog material represented directly by 1st Eye Collective, we can coordinate the rights information and confirm the clearance path for your requested use.

Can I request stems, instrumentals, or custom edits?

Yes, when the source material supports it. Tell us what your editor needs, including cut lengths, scene timing, or mix priorities.

How is licensing priced?

Pricing depends on media, usage, term, territory, audience size, prominence, exclusivity, and whether paid advertising is involved.

Can you create music from a creative brief?

Yes. Include references, mood, tempo, instrumentation, edit points, revision expectations, and deadline so the scope can be quoted accurately.

Can licensed YouTube use be protected from claims?

Tell us the channel and exact use before launch. If a selected recording is registered with Content ID, the proper claim-release or allowlisting process can be addressed as part of clearance.

Do you license music for AI training?

No. A standard sync or master-use license does not include permission to train machine learning models on the recordings or compositions.
